delt shots?

Ive been doing my injections of durabolin in my glutes and was thinking about trying an injection in the medial delt. Im noticing with my glutes that each side is a little tender for days after the injection which never happened with previous injections from primo from another cycle. Im wondering if I injected the delt Sunday morning, would you think I would be fine for a shoulder workout Monday? Also, would a 25g, 1" needle be an appropriate size? Thanks for any answers, Chelsea

What are you injecting, that can make a difference in how sore you'll feel afterwards. I had switched to delts when I was on prop and they absolutely killed me for a couple of days after each shot. The first shot was the worst though...it seemed like subsequent shots weren't as painful. I switched from glute shots because I was developing some knots but after 2 shots in each delt my glutes were fine to hit again. If you hit your delts and wind up in pain, just deal with it and try again in a few days to see if it gets better. The only way you'll know for sure is if you try it yourself.

Thanks Ms P,
Im taking NPP (durabolin). I started out pretty low (12.5mg per injection) E3d. Today should be my third but Im considering not doing it because I came down with a respiratory infection and had to go on antibiotics (Z- pack). I might just hold off and start the cycle over once Im all better since I was just in the very beginning. Seems like once you have a child in school they bring home everything that goes around and I always seem to catch it. Anyhow, Im kind of stalling today trying to make a decision. Chelsea

I think a 1" needle might be a little long for a female medial delt injection, try the 25g 5/8".

Unless you've got man-delts. :)

LOL I remember the days of my daughter being sick with something new every other month. Not fun! Feel better soon.
