Hi guys, this is a question for the buffs so I'd appreciate feedback from those in the know.

About a month ago i came off an 8 week course of d/bol and test. I was quite hard but holding a bit of water and weighed around 210lbs I guess my bf was around 13% at the time . (this was about my 5th course in 4 years)

I had an unfortunate turn in my private life which caused my life to be turned upside down. I was not able to follow any post cycle therapy (pct) and due to immense stress my weight dropped down to 184 lbs in a 3 week period (26lbs loss). I was extremely stressed, did not train for 4 weeks and also my diet was terrible i was only eating one or two very small meals a day.

My question is would my body have lost water, fat and muscle proportionately? do you think it could have been mostly water or mostly water and muscle loss.

I'm unsure how to approach regaining the loss. do i go natural for a few months or straight back on. HELP PLEASE!!!!

start over bro.

I've been in the same situation. I was in the best shape I'd been in a long time in March. My girlfriend of 4 yrs just up and left me and I went into serious depression.

My weight dropped from 235 to 200 in about 6 wks. I stopped training and turned to vodka for support. It took me a few months to snap out of it, but I'm getting there now.

I'm back up to 228 as of today.

Keep your head up bro, you'll get it back.

Thanks bud i will, i have the motivation, it just knocks you a bit when you see 3 years worth of work fly out the window in just 3 weeks

Remember the body becomes catabolic (not good) if you do not do post cycle therapy (pct) correctly and your natty test doesn't come back pretty fast. Once the synthetic stuff is gone, your body starts eating away at itself until it has some test to sustain itself.

Sorry for your problems, but I agree, you should just chalk it up, make sure your BF % is in check and then start over. Good luck

i would either get blood work to check my hormone levels now or go ahead and run post cycle therapy (pct) now to make sure my natural hormones were up and running .
