Research what dbol is. It's called google. Research what it does to your body when your not pinning testosterone with it. Were not gonna spoon feed you. You have a fucking computer so research it. You won't gain weight cuz you dot know how to eat. You don't need a magic little blue pill you need some fucking chicken and eggs it's that simple.

Get on the diet section on here and I am sure people will help. Little blue hearts (Dianabol 10mg tabs) really will mess you up.

As I said at the start.....It is easy, if it is high in protein eat it and lots of it, sleep 8-10 hours and sort your training out........You are not ready for steroids yet.

well first things first id suggest making a diet plan, this should involve high protien and weight-gainer foods like potatoes, bananas, fish, nuts, pasta, oat meal, eggs, chicken and ect.

everyday you should eat at least 6-8 meals a day though morning to night and take 2 protein shakes 1 morning 1 after the gym session.

once that is sorted plan a training program id suggest doing 4 sets of 12reps on each machine to gain strength and definition of the muscles first you should find out your one rep-max for each machine and weight then lift 70% of that weight to gain fast results go to the gym 5 days a week 3 hours a day

have 2 rest days but that doesn't mean be lazy go out a jog for 20mins on rest days

ask for a gym instructor in the gym to help with your training program. I am a goalkeeper and was 8 stone and needed to put on weight to be strong once I figured all this out planned it i gained 2 stone in 1 year making me 10 stone it is hard but it's not something that will be done over night
 
what does oral cycles meanzz..!!

i want to weight gain n my gym trainer also told me to eat those pills they are good..

they sound like fakes to me usually those tablets are pink and theres no point taking them if you gain muscle fast from those things you'll lose it as soon as u gained it when stop u taking those pills
 
Is called research... Take the time and read, must of your questions can be answered if you read..besides you too young...but if you really want to learn then go to the different threats and read people posts and you will be surprise how much stuff you learn....
