I kno that Oral only cycles arent the best. But i am considering them, not because im afraid to inject a needle but because testosterone which i would like to do is gunna cost me $140 a vile of 250 mg cypionate which will cost me alot of money for a 2 month cycle at 500mg a week. My question is how much weight can i expect to put on with a 30 mg dose of Dianabol daily taken for 4 weeks and 4 days? I would also like to include that i count my calories, weigh my chickan, my yams, potatoe rice etc. i Eat no junk food w/e. My daily intake of carbs daily is 30 - 50 gm. my diets high in fat and protein, and i barely get insulin spikes. However ill carb load on Friday 6pm until sunday 12 pm until i soften up again. I train 4 times a week. If post cycle therapy (pct) is done properly and my diets is to the T, can i keep most of my gains? im 7 % bodyfat, 5"7 155 lbs. Due to my sciatic nerve injury just recently Deadlifts and sqqauts, power cleans have been taken out of the equation so i lost mass on my legs. any input would be greatful.
Oh and one more question, which is better nolva or clomid? ive heard nolva? and whatdosages are best for a dbol only cycle?
