Hi every1 I was wanting to no if u can take a dbol only cycle long term I've been takin 30mg for 4 weeks now and I train twice a day 6 times a week. I no iam new to steroids but I have done lots of research on them and no the side effects of dbol and I don't intend on takin high doses. Any help will be greatly appreciated. THANKS
 
one thing you didn't see in your research is than dianabol start affect you HPTA fonction with the first 10mg. that one of the reason we advise to start with a hormone your body already know : teststerone.

plus the keeping with dinabol is very low. lower than testo cycles.
 
dbol is toxic to the liver... ppl normally take it 4-6 weeks. i hope your taking some liver protection with it... also kane is right... id add some test.

I highlighted the major problems with your post.

Let me say first that I do genuinely feel sorry for the bad information you were given. You are fucking up your body so badly and you don't even know it.
When people say Arnold "took Dbols like candy" they neglect to say that he also took Test, and Deca,...and on and on and on....and he's a genetic freak of nature that was fortunate as far as adverse side effects go...even though he had a quadruple bypass...and started having liver and kidney dialysis in the 90's.....

My point is that you should really read the thread at the top of this forum titled "oral only cycles".
If you've done the proper research you'll see, as stated above, that Dbol will shut down your natural testosterone production, which means no boners, a general "shitty" feeling, and the knowledge that once you come off you're going to lose all of your gains.
Training twice a day 6 days a week is absurd.
You're not letting your body recover, and in return it's eating itself. Eat. Train. Rest. More than once a day, 5 times a week is too much.
What's your post cycle therapy (pct) again?
(dude shrugs shoulders and asks what post cycle therapy (pct) is)
That's what I figured.
