digging out of a hole
Well besides just blatantly flaming without any other advice I really see why there's not alot of informed people on here. Most trainers will not tell you the real way to shed weight is to be disciplined in a strict carb cycle diet, and not have carbs everyday like he is suggesting. If everyone followed a strict low carb diet / carb cycle diet without the naysayers and lazy people suggesting it's OK to have carbs, then all of these personal trainers would be out of business. It's not rocket science, it's basic Biochemistry that's been documented: You eat carbs, your body produces insulin, which in turn stores triglycerides as fat in your fat cells. Insulin also STOPS fat metabolism from your fat cells and starts burning glucose for energy while storing excess as triglycerides as fat . IF You want to burn fat, you eliminate carbs. That's any carb, complex or not. The real trainers will tell you that's the only way to get lean fast. It's not unheard of to lose 30 lbs of fat in 2 months time, but it also takes alot of discipline. It will not make you tired and sleep all day either, your body is more efficient burning fat for energy than it is at burning carbs for energy. I workout 60 minutes weights and do 30 effortless minutes of cardio while carb cycling 3 times per week. The fat melts off, period. Again these are all facts, not anything that isn't common knowledge to many.
I agree with you that carb cycling and low carb diets are best as obviously you only need carbs for energy and if you dont use them it get stored as fat. I was just saying come on bro you are saying lose 30-40lbs in 2 months, think about what that will do to the body, most of it will be water weight and muscle lost,im sure the OP wants to loe fat only. I was not meaning to be a dick,it took me like 7-8months of dieting to lose that 40lbs bro and that was full dedication and I havnt lost strength,i know people on atkins diet lose 14lbs in 2 weeks but again,do you think that is fat they have lost? I will rate you that you do sound like you know a bit about diets and yeh it defo takes discipline
