I would like to know how many calories I should have daily..my goal is to have visible abs I'm planning a cycle of test e in mid june early july I would like to be as lean as possible till then ofcourse while on cylce I will eat like a mule.. my stats 34yrs old 5'11" 180-185 lbs body fat 14.6% bmi 26 my diet has been shit the last month prior it was ok I've never focused much on diet but am studying up best I can to improve it.. I'm just looking for a baseline now until I can learn more about diet cardio 3-4 times a wk approx 30 min each time my job requires minimum energy infact I sit on my ass 90% of the time
