Meal 1: 6 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2: Weight Gain shake (2 cups skim milk, 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp dried egg whites, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 banana)
Meal 3: Lean meat (ground turkey, ground sirloin, chicken tenderloins), brown rice, mixed veggies, 1 tbsp olive oil
Meal 4: Same as 3
Meal 5: Workout days, post workout shake
(50 grams whey, 50 grams dextrose)
Meal 6: Sandwich with whole wheat bread, tuna, mustard
Meal 7: One can of tuna, one salad w/ basalmic vinagrette dressing
Meal 8: 50 grams of casein
Meal 9: Middle of night Weight Gain Shake (same as meal 2)
Currently 5'9", 208 lbs, 10-12 percent bf. Lean bulking.
Cycle:
Week 1-8 test prop 500mg per week
Week 1-8 mast prop 200mg per week
Week 1-8 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) eod
Week 1-8 Adex .5 eod
Finish and continue with cruise 200mg test enth per week, hcg, adex
Supplements: Multi, Whey, Casein, Dextrose, Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Kre-Alkalyn, Gluta-lyn, Amino Acid tablets
Any input on my diet would be great! Main goal right now is to put on some lean mass without too much increase in body fat. Some of my diet choices are obviously due to convenience and less cooking involved. Thanks guys!
