Hi guys, basically I'm a newb totally overwhelmed by all the info here, looking for advice or to at least be pointed in the right direction.
I'm 27 and have exhibited symptoms of low T my whole life. Ever since I was a kid it seems like I've been in a constant struggle for energy and drive to do anything. I've been the same 5'10 160lb "skinnyfat" pretty much my entire teenage/adult life.
Of course, my diet has always sucked big time. And now it's catching up with me, I'm realizing a drastic lifestyle change is in order. At this rate, considering a long family history of heart problems, I'll probably be dead by 60. Problem is, I have reason but no motivation to do so.
So before I start looking into options that involve a potential lifelong dependency on injections, I figure I should take care of the diet first and see what it can do for me, and go from there. I'm not really looking to "bulk up." Maybe in time I'll head down that road. But for now I just want energy to do something more than basic existence, not be constantly tired, and get back some damn sex drive. I would love to find the motivation just to run a couple miles every day. That obviously ain't happening by alternating between pizza and Chinese.
So... Where should I start?
tl;dr chronically lethargic non-bodybuilder looking to maximize energy and sex drive through diet.
