It's not a balanced diet by any stretch of the imagination, but it might work for a couple of weeks as a shock to the system.

Thanks, at this point, I'm willing to try anything. I knew it sounded too good to be true.

Is what I'm gathering here that Elite is a bs board? Haven't heard too may possitive things around here about it.

But I hope you can see where the notiion of this diet sounded good. Is Mr. X a bs'er basicly?

I don't want this to come off as rude, but at your size all you need to do is cut out some carbs (5-10% calories), keep the calories down, and eat natural foods. Combine that with lifting and some cardio and the weight should melt off.

Frosty, you're not rude at all. I appreciate your advice. I've been on Weight Watchers for months now and not seeing any changes nor any changes on the tape measure. I did at first, but it's like stopped. My main goal right now is lose the fat, of course.

Peanut butter and protein drinks sounded good and easy to me, but that's why I posted here, I want good honest opinions.
People on EF praise it. lol

No, I would not say that Elite is a BS board, nor that Mr. X is a BS'er. Not at all.

Ditch the Weight Watchers, eat real food, and lift weights and do some cardio. When you have a high bodyfat percentage, you can lose a lot of fat quickly just by dropping the calories and carbs. Eat steak and low carb veggies, bacon and eggs, etc. Lift weights three times a week and do cardio three times a week. The weight should melt off, seriously.

Hey Frosty, that's why I thought I stopped losing weight and inches, dropping my cals. On Weight Watchers it ends up being like 1500-1800 a day, and I'm still hungry.
USing the peanut butter thing as an example, I saw it had 3900 cals and 400grms protein, and low carbs.

With work and everything I basicly need a blueprint to follow everyday otherwise I get lose and give up cause I get soo busy with other things.
Would the Clen/T3 and Thermorenix help also?

Forget the peanut butter diet ;) It's crap...seriously.

Forget the clen and T3...there is absolutely no need for it.

Don't let yourself get hungry. Just eat the low carb foods until you're satisfied. I'm not sure what blueprint you are referring to...diet or exercise. Diet is simple. Eat low carb and don't let yourself get hungry.

Weight training can be simple. All you would need is something like this:

Monday:
Squats and chins (use assistance) 3x8

Tuesday:
Light cardio for 30 minutes

Wednesday:
pullups (use assitance) and bench press 3x8

Thursday:
Light cardio for 30 minutes

Friday:
Dips (use assistance) and deadlift 3x8

Saturday:
(Optional) Light cardio for 30 minutes

Sunday:
Active recovery. Just keep active.

You should lose a couple pounds a week at least for a while. Weight workouts should be under 20 minutes if done correctly.

Oh, and when I say low carb, I don't mean eating all that Atkins bullshit you see in the stores. Eat natural foods like steak, bacon, whole eggs, cheese, chicken with the skin, etc. Add in some low carb veggies like spinach, broccoli, peppers, etc, and you'll have a great diet. Don't count the carbs in the veggies...just eat them. Butter your veggies if you want.

Hope this helps...
