Diet noob needs opinion plz?

Hi All.
I have never been good at making a diet and could use some opinions.
Does this diet look sensible for a slow weightloss?
As i mention, i am newbie at diets, i allways just ate "plenty" but wanna
try to get in better shape ( problem = belly area )

Any input is greatly appreciated :)

Stats:
42 Years old Machinist worker with 25years of weighttraining under my belt.
185 cm Tall.
116 kg (app. 15% bodyfat)
4 Workouts a week with 10min cardio at the end.
Not on cycle now, but do 2 x 10weeks of Testosterone Enanthate every year.
(10 weeks summer, 10 weeks winter)

I follow this diet 5 days a week and have dropped from 124 to 116 in 2-3 months, but
seems to have lost some water and muscle too.
Weekends i try to get my protein and eat according to where i am, visiting friends, family
out shopping, stuff like that.
