Hi All,
I am just trying to get some info about a cycle that I am planning on doing sometime down the road. I have been thinking of this cycle for the last 6 months but haven't committed to it yet: Test E and Winstrol
If my research is accurate, win can only be run for 6- 8 weeks max. I have also learned from research that I should be around 10-13% bf to see true results( this is why I havnt committed to it yet) I have managed to drop from 19% down to 14.5%.
My current stats:
Age: 24
Weight: 187
Bf: 14.5%
Workout: 5-6 times a week, High Interval weight training. About 30 min Cardio after working out.
My Diet is very clean. Everything is home made, a lot of complex carbs, high protein, moderate fats.
Heres a example of my diet.
Breakfast:
2 whole eggs, half cup egg whites, 1/2 cup steel cut oats apple, coffee.
Snack: Protein Shake or some fruit.
Lunch/Preworkout: 8oz chicken, medium yam, 1 cup broccoli
Dinner/ Postworkout: Protein Shake( post workout) Dinner- 8oz chicken/fish, Salad.
Snack: Protein Shake.
Before Bed: 1 scoop casine, 1 tbl spood organic peanut butter.
If I decide to take win and test e, the diet that I have outlined would it be acceptable or would I need to cut down or eat more?
I am hoping the win and test e will helping stack on a extra 10 lbs while reducing the fat. I will most likely increase my cardio to about 40-45 min after workouts.
What do you think?
