Diet while on T3 and Test Prop

Could someone help me out with my diet? I will be taking T3 rampped up to 100mcg and then rampped back down and test prop @ 100mg EOD . Ill be running the T3 for 4 weeks and the test for 10 weeks. I Had shoulder surgery back in June and just recently got back in the gym. Im weighing 255lbs ,up from around 230 before the surgery. I seem to have retained a good amount of my muscle during my 6 month layoff. Im wanting to loose around 30 lbs. Ill be doing 30 to 45 mins of cardio along with moderate to heavy weight training. I was hopping someone could give me som help with getting my diet down while doing the above cycle(Cals,Carbs,Pro,Fats).

6 to 8 weeks are fairly standard lengths, although I've run it for 12+ weeks before without any complications. Considering how you said you want to lose around 30 lbs, trying to do that in 4 weeks is going to result in a severe loss of muscle mass even when you supplement with AAS.
 
could you give me a ramp up and ramp down cycle for the t3 for an 8 week cycle? Also is the 100 mgs of prop eod enough?

I've done a bodyopus style diet while on that combo before, and it's not very friendly. I had trouble doing cardio, and I had to pay close attention to my heart rate when I was working out. It will shed fat off of you at an incredible rate, but I could never stand feeling like that for more than 2-3 weeks at a time before I'd switch back to a high protein-moderate carb diet. you can try it and see how it works for you.

I was also running tren at 350mg a week, but I've never had the difficulty that others describe trying to do cardio on tren.
