Dieta advice for first cycle pleas?

Hi all.

This is my first post in this site.
I started my first cycle 3 weeks ago with 500 mg test e a week. 2x 250 mg injections. Im running it with 500 iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) a week with nolva planned for pct.I have around 3 years of good training behind me.

My goal is to cut fat and build muslce (big surprise :) I´m currently around 14-15 % bf and I´d love to get it down to single digits.
When I started i was around 210 pounds ( around 220 now)

So far my weights in the gym has gone up alot :) I´m braking records each time i hit the gym. Having said that, is it safe to assume that i am building muslce mass and there for not under eating?

I try to keep catbs low on my offdays, that approuch has been good to me off gear so i decided to keep it up. On my gym days i eat loads of carbs, around 300-350 per day, I am carb sensitive.

To summaries, I would like to know if it is safe to assume that my musscle mass is increasing since im constantly improoving in the gym and if going for low carb days is a good idea on this cycle for fat loss.
