Ok, my left bicep is stronger then my right so Iv always been doing single arm movements. Say Im doing biceps curls and I get to 10 reps, my right bi is dead but I could prob rep out another 1 maybe 2 with my left. Im trying to make my arms equal. Its not a huge differance but its there. Anyway should I stop once my right gives out or should I get another rep from my left bi?
