Difficult to Inject Test-E

Hey guys,

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but at times it's difficult to inject my Test-E. I'm currently hitting my ass and am using 3cc 25gX1 Terumo syringes. Drawing the liquid I inject 1cc of air into the vial, draw out 1cc move air bubble to the back of the plunger. Pinning goes smoothly but upon pushing the plunger on the syringe, it gets kinda hard. I mean I really have to push HARD for the oil to fully inject. Any one have any insight on my problem?

oil is thick... i use a blunt tip 19G needle to draw it up, and its still slow (Compared to meds i give at work) I personally use a 22G needle for injection. Some might say its overkill, but to me, its less pressure and it goes in smoother (yet still slow compared to other meds) 25 G i would assume would take a bit of pushing to get the oil through. The only other things I can think of is try heating up oil a bit, and check for crystals in oil.

You can heat up your vial prior to drawing, its supposed to make the oil less dense and easier to inject

I heat my shit up and draw with a 22g
Then switch it out to a 25g X 1.25 Flows nice and easy.

Whats the best way to heating it up? I assume it won't do any harm to the oil.

Many ways to do it, when i used to heat it up, i took a coffee mug, stuck it in the microwave for 45secs-1 min and then let my vial soak in the water for about 5 mins.

Just run the vial under hot tap water for a bit

 

[Methodology]

If your afraid of it breaking, you can wrap it in a hand towel and run hot water over it. You can also hold the vial in your armpit for five minutes.

This is what I do. I also shoot with 22-1.5 Glute and 23-1 delts so it flows better regardless.
