Diminishing Returns?

Rebuilding...continually
Hey all, if you read my log, you know I am not looking to get all bulky and stuff but your opinion on gains might help me understand what is going on for me. For the last week, I have been noticing greater pain while on my standard Deca cycle. Could the androgen receptors be getting dulled from the 12 weeks I have been on?

I have read research where there is diminishing returns while on Deca in the collagen synthesis arena but still stays elevated throughout the time you are on. I assume that muscle gains probably are the same?

Just want some opinions since it may prompt me to cycle off and plan for my next round using SARMS or Anavar to keep the body from becoming too used to one AAS.

Thanks

receptors constantly regenerate. if your weight / lean mass went up while on cycle and you didnt up your calories and protein to match then your gains will slow and eventually stop

I'm not quite sure what you are asking here. Is your priority pain management or maximizing gains?

A couple of other questions: Are you on a Deca only cycle? What Aromatase inhibitor (AI) are you on (if any), and at what dose?

Poly,

After reading over my post, I realized it was not very clear. My main goal is pain management. I was trying to correlate androgen receptors and muscle for everyone to get a reference since no one really cares about collagen production (except me).

Cycle is test/deca 250/400. My Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is Arimidex 1 mg E3D with a bit of Prami. Hormones feel very stable and good at the levels I am taking.

If you were at an earlier stage in your cycle, I'd recommend dropping your Arimidex dosage to .25/eod, perhaps even e3d. If your estrogen levels are too low, joint pain can be one of the first symptoms.

Poly,

Very much agree on estrogen and joint pain however, in fighting my puffy, irritated nips a month back, I was on Letro and had no joint pain issues then. I am telling you, my estrogen was 0 while on that nasty stuff!
