Disheartened....

I will definatley up the cardio, at the moment its interval training so is pretty intense but I could definatly do more if I cut back on lifting.

Am under no illusions about the length of time either, cant all have the body of a greek god overnight can we.

No wonder you don't see it's effects. I am not trying to be insulting here, but you are extremely overweight. HGH is not magic. None of this stuff is. You can't take HGH for a couple of months and expect to look like a model. To start, your diet is horrendous. Go into the diet section and ask for 3J. He will help you out. The last thing thing you need right now are drugs.

Its ok, whats wrong with my diet?

I did have 3Js help with the diet, its not that im expecting results after 3 months of training its just im not feeling any benifit of using HGH that was all, felt like I was wasting my money and wanted some other peoples opinion.

Would love to know what you think is so horrendous about my diet tho

Well, for one, I feel you should eat a big breakfast. Not eating for 7+ hours as you sleep takes a toll, and you need to eat big once you wake up. Two Weetabix you say you eat? I'm looking at the nutrition facts online right now, and I am not sure what type of Weetabix you eat, but everyone I see has at the most 4g of protein in it. That is nothing. I have close to 65g of protein in my breakfast. Don't eat that Weetabix crap anyway. Breakfast is the time to make a fun meal. I can never, ever imagine myself not making a crazy breakfast. It's the time to fuel your body for the day. You should be eating a lot of egg whites, some whole wheat bread (the real kind, not the fake crap that pretends to be whole wheat), and throw in some fresh peppers and onion into the eggs with a slice of cheese for some fats, and you got yourself a good ass healthy omelette to enjoy. You are 220lbs, you should be eating more than you are, otherwise your body is just going to store what you eat as fat since it will think you are starving. You need to eat to burn fat.

You also say you eat half a can of Tuna. Is it the 5 serving one? You also aren't eating any carbs post-workout which makes no sense. You need a lot of carbs post-workout. Even when cutting. I don't see any healthy fats. Where is your flaxseed oil? Where's your green vegetables? The diet just looks like a mess to me, the only thing you are eating is protein and it's not even that much to begin with.
