I have a distended stomach and it seem to be while I'm on cycle.

Can the use of HGH help directly reduce this and or clenbuterol,

Hmmm, interesting. Gas bloat? Water? Maybe a good colon flush?

Interested to see what folks think.

Another thought OMM, if you pack the ol johnson down your pant leg instead of folding it upward, then your shirt wouldn't get that 'tummy bump' ? :splat:

Sorry 'bout that one

I thought it was ascites and have had an MRI and a chest x-ray and cat scan showing nothing. I have been taking gas pills all of this to no avail. The next will come a colonoscopy and a endoscopy buy I am having trouble with the co-pay with this.

The thing looks like I am pregnant. And I did see an article that said something related to AAS.

I always heard gh contributed to this, it didnt help it. Are you bulking? Is it just the excess calories? Too much fiber? Not enough water?

Mike, are you taking digestive enzymes, fibre and probiotics?

I'd say that you're issues are gastrointestinal and you would benefit from some assistance from supps to help your cause.

Also, do you alkalise your body at any stage during the day? (on waking and post workout are optimal)

This makes some sense to me. I would think we could all benefit from a sort of a cleanse from time to time but it makes sense incorporating some of the things Ben has suggested here. At least to me it does.

Thanks for your reply Bigen !
I am not taking any digestive enzymes, fibre and probiotics.
So I'm thinking gastrointestinal also but I haven't done the colonoscopy or endoscopy and that was the next thing the doc was gonna do. Would that tell us abut the gastrointestinal , Yes I think ?? But I need the copay money.

Not sure what you mean about alkalise. I ride the stationary bike after my workout most of the time to keep any mid section from gaining fat tissue. But I am not FAT it's bloated by something. It's not water retention from high E2. No AAS bloat.

But I saw something somewhere that AAS can cause big stomachs with pic of pro's , big n cut but BIG stomachs SO ......???

It gets real bad when I eat of curse when I fill my belly. It gets so that when I push my stomach out , ya know to make your belly go out like your fat, well at those time I can't push it out. There is no more belly it's already tight.

The pic below is not as big as it gets and it hurts it's so tight and sometimes a stomach burning

Mike, I could waffle on for a while on the benefits of alkalinity, but you'd be better off watching this clip to get an understanding of it.

With regard to digestive enzymes, I find these invaluable for breaking up the nutrients in every meal, I take one three times a day and it definitely helps.

Probiotics help to maintain healthy gut flora and keep your microbiome running optimally - a healthy gut microbiome is essential for healthy digestion. I really do feel that over the next 5-10 years scientists will come up with some amazing breakthroughs with regards to digestive health.

I also think that many people will be switching to gluten free diets once the full story of how harmful gluten can be comes out. (but that's a whole new thread!)

I ran Psyllium Husk (fibre) during my pre-contest prep to alleviate constipation, it really helped to keep me regular when running a caloric deficit.

Hope this helps you Mike.

Hey Ben I will look at the video and try to understand. But do you know if the colonoscopy will show anything you speak of ? Ben thanks again :)

Ok cool video and I understand a bit, ha LOL
Now they talked about lemon juice and vegies ? What do you do say am and post workout?

Can I just add some lemon juice and what vegies are good. I eat tomato's and cukes and lettuce. I like broccoli and cauliflower. What about Orange juice ?

That's about it

Oh PS: I am type 2 diabetic and take some medicine but don't do anything else about it. So Insulin ??

My current protocol is lemon in warm water on waking followed by a greens drink.

I take a further greens drink 1hr post workout.

With regard to your insulin, it might be worth picking your doctor's brains - or failing that - ask Dr Halfwit - he's as good as a doctor!

Insulin is a compound I have never messed with - nor do I have any intention of it.

This type of thing, not nearly to your extent, started to happen to me before I learned I was lactose intolerant. Try avoiding all milk based products for a while and see if it goes away.

Due to some personal problem I haven't had milk in a week and I love it. I'm sure that I am not lactose intolerant. Thanks :)

Digestive enzymes are a must when I'm bulking. Does your stomach return to normal after cycle or are you right in the middle of it

I have bouts of this belly bloat, but not all the time
I'm also struggling with constipation on a cutting diet, just switched to some new med grade protein to see if that helps

I'm not sure, but I think that e2 can play a role in it as well as hydration. When I went a couple months on a trt dose with too much AI I had a bit of bloat going.

I've also got a pretty messed up GI track from having celiac and not knowing it, so no gluten and no lactose for me.

Right now I am starting 1 week in but I had had two months off and had it straight through the time off.

Have you tried drinking raw milk? Hows your sugar intake?

Ha , Milton you crack me up :) Raw milk WHAT ? NO . well first I don't even know what that is :dunno:
I love sugar and consume a lot and have done so my entire life. That's why the Type II diabetes. As I had said I take some medication for it, but I do not watch my diet , never have.

I have no constipation and I am pretty regular. I have had High E2 before and this is not related. Look back at my posts where I've bee to the digestive disease doctor. All tests because we though I had ascites but the ultra sound ruled that out.

I thank all you guys for your input. With all this and the tests I just need to have the edo and colonoscopy. But ya see I didn't do PCT and NEVER have so I never recovered all the way this last time, cycle to cycle now. I had planned to cruise but for reasons I couldn't. Now I'm back on. Please don't give me a hard time about that. Remember the NO PCT and time between cycles is irrelevant because I had this straight thru last cycle time off and now back on.

But ya see I read where AAS can cause this and has in many pro's and a pic of Ronny Coleman and a few others that's why I brought the Q's here.

Thanks :dunno:

A tablespoon of organic apple cider is good for alkalinity.
But if u have heartburn or sensitive stomach can cause other issues. Big Ben s way sounds good.
Cut up a lemon while boiling water. For your tea if you drink tea Before it gets too hot pour it on the lemon and return kettle to stove to finish boiling . Let the lemon sit a min and there you go.
The greens drink sounds good too. I see them on the shelf in the supermarket. Green goodness is the brand? They actually make one that says alkalinity on it. But kinda expensive.

Yea Ben's idea sounds healthy. Thanks for your input. It's good to know.

I just need to get the colonoscopy and try these things ASAP. I do get heartburn easy. It was big last night, it never goes all the way down. Today I trained and it wasn't bad. Came home ate something and Boom there it is. It's not what I eat it's that I'm filling up my stomach on top of the bloat. Oh this stomach is hard as a rock. Not fat at all.

THanks guys
