While training i sweat lots, which is fine caue i got the blood flowing.

But honestly I have walked out of lecture halls becuase I was poring sweat, down my face etc. And its embarissing at times that you have to explain to a professor or interviewer etc that you had to walk out because you were burning up. I am not even taking any fat burners whihc is weird. When i mean poring sweat I mean it looks like i ran in the rain.

Any one else ova here sweat a bit over average?>

yeah i sweat profusely..it is very annoying in the warmer months as well..but it can be worse in winter with poepl lookng at you wondering wtf is wrong with him lol

well i am sure alot of people in one of my classes wondering why i walk in and out of a lecture in order just to get some air.lololol

Sometimes i just have to walk out...doesnt look good to the prof. but there is nothign i can do to control this.

People def say WTF is wrong with this guy

I sweat a lot. I need to have a towel to dry my face between sets. A lot of face and back sweat.

Edit: I don't take gear or any fat burner.

I sweat a crapload. I've read somewhere (like five years ago) that supposedly if you sweat more than average, it means you are in better shape. Strangely enough, I never get BO though, even though people comment all the time on how much I sweat.

This is kind of odd, irrespective of the sweat.

I tend to sweat a lot, especially in the colder months. I'm always hot so coming from a nice cool outside temp to a roasting hot office or what have you makes me sweat like kunta kinte.

My backside, I have to wear a T shirt and thick boxers. In the gym sometimes almost my whole shirt is soaked.

I agree to an extent.....that was one of the things we were taught in Exercise Physiology -- increased sweating means that you are better adapted to heat, (cooling response), which usually means that you work out more.

But on my part, I sweat so badly, even in the dead of winter (gets all the way down to the frigid 50's here most days, lol), that I cannot wear light colored shirts other than white without a very thick undershirt, and all I can wear for shorts/pants is jeans or dark colored fabrics.

My theory would be that it has to do with the fact that muscle produces body heat much, much more than other body tissues, and those of us with increased muscle mass (especially those of us that carry a few extra pounds of fat on top of that, [read: insulation]) create and must dissipate that much more body heat than the normal individual, leading to a greater sweat response. Sucks, but take to distance running and stop lifting if you want to get rid of it.

I sweat like a bastard too. It seems when I'm on gear all I have to do is a lunge and I start sweating.

A lot of times I wont even be hot and all of a sudden a drop of sweat will fall off my hair and I'll be like "wtf? I'm not even hot." Very weird shit.

I know it sucks though, wish there was a way to stop it or at least scale it back a bit without having to go around with 3rd degree swamp ass all the time.

Do diabetics sweat more?

Yes they do, excessive sweating can be a sign. Ive actually had coworkers ask me if I was diabetic due to the ammount I sweat sometimes.

I sweat like a madman on or off cycle. Every time I leave the gym my entire shirt is soaked and it's a bitch to take off. Even not working out I sweat like crazy. Just sitting in my car driving 15min to work, my entire lower back is sweaty and the back of my shirt is soaked. I hate it.
