Do alot of you guys sweat more than average?

i wear a hat so that kinda helps but if u sweat as much as you say u do bring more than 3 hats

yup....i sweat a lot all the time. Shirts usually soaked when I leave the gym.

Try seeing a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, he should be able to cool down the sweating with some diet and herbal remedies.

I always buy/carry water to help cool me but yea i sweat all the time, i get comments on it as well. Keep a fold bounty paper towel and dab you forhead... i find it helps.

i sweat but i dont soak my clothes unless im running or something of that nature

i do get hot very easily though and i can feel the sweats coming unless im wearing a tshirt and pants

Its youre bodys way of cooling down, and the better shape youre in (bigger etc) youll sweat more...

And yeah I Sweat like hell, starting to not like the summers so much, sweat inside all day.

that combo makes me sweat like crazy just sitting at my desk during the day. I keep a fan pointed at my head the whole time just so I don't get so hot. When I visit construction sites in the summer, I usually find myself drinking about 2-3 gallons of ice-cold water during the day to cool down.

I sweat like a fat bastard. Then again I am a fat bastard. I have definitely noticed the sweat increase as I gain weight. I think some of it is mental, for example If I'm in class and really sweaty that will stress me out which makes me sweat more. I have big problems going from cool to hot temperatures and vice versa.
