It looks like chest fat with maybe some mild gyno. Do you have any hard discs or anything behind the nipple? I also suffer from the fat chest.

Yes it looks like u do. The light to white ring behind ur nipple is gyno. But its not to bad letro will help that out.

Different than gyno, booby fat. But still caused from hi estro.
