Hello all,
I've posted a few times but here is a little refresher on me. 40 yom classic symptoms tested and came back with level at 120. After 6 mo of trial and error my doc has me on 200 mg test Cypionate. Was going 1 cc every 10 days but he let me take it home so I am now doing .5 every 5 days. Here is my issue. My nipples don't hurt or are not itching like some guys are talking about. I just feel them if that doesn't sound to crazy. My nipples are also hard a lot more. I don't mind either of these symptoms and would prefer to be on as little medicine as possible. I don't want bitch tits either. Any thoughts? Thanks

It's normal for the most part. My nips are harder more often and throughout the day for the most part since I started TRT. Feel for any lumps under the nipple area to be sure. Eventually any extra sensitivity should fade away. Do get your E levels checked from time to time and whenever possible your prolactin levels as well.

You should have one ON HAND just in case of signs of GYNO... If you're not crazy about Aromatase inhibitor (AI), have you considered HCG injections instead?

I think he's trying to say to take hcg instead of T altogether. I've seen posts where people are blasting high amounts of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), but I don't know how valid of a treatment that is. I'd imagine you can supplement hcg to stimulate T prod naturally if the pituitary isn't working properly. But is that a realistic and well thought of approach?
