Do I need PCT after one 20mg tbol? Paranoid

Hi everyone,

I made a mistake and took 1 20mg Turinabol tablet from my friend. After i took it i started to read about AAS and came to the conclussion that i did not want to risk my health and potential to train and gain naturally in the future. Atleast wait for a couple of years.

My question is: Is that 1 tablet going to affect me and suppress my natural test? What should i do?

My stomach has been bloated for 2 days( 2days since i took it)and feeling tired, but it could be my bad weekend diet ofcourse.

by any chance did your booty hole feel sore too ?

One pill should not be an issue. I would do nothing. Maybe go get some blood work done. Everyone should know their natural test level.
I had a bad motorcycle wreck and I would pay good money to have my pre accident bloodwork. It's good to have a baseline when it comes to your health.
Get your bloodwork and post it here......some of the docs can help ya understand the numbers.

But anyway......i doubt one pill had any effect at all. Nothing to worry about
