Hi Everyone,
I have been working out for awhile now (pretty solid for year). My weight was almost 300 pounds about 10 years ago and I managed to come down to about 230 was my lowest. I am 28 years old and still working at it and just wanted to know if you think my chest and stomach will every get back to its original state? I got stretched out and it seems no matter what I do I can't seem to get this chest and belly off of my frame. I have considered using steroids to try and build the frame underneath. I actually have steroids but was trying to push my natural self to its limits and I know I am not there yet. I know there is no easy way to get where I want to be but I thought I would post some picks and see what you guys think. Although it is hard to see my chest and stomach are stretch out all over, I look good in a T-shirt but definitely shy away from rocking the shirtless bod.
Thanks for any input...I saw someone else posted about his same problem so I thought I would see what you guys think....
Stats:
6'7 255lbs
lift 3xs a week with trainer
on 2300-2500 calorie diet
cardio 3x's a week sometimes 5xs
BF% 11.5
waist 37
