Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

Be able to progress as far as financial stature I guess. Like I don't want to live at home for the rest of my life. How do I get to where I can actually afford to buy a house? I see people that make way less than I do buying houses all the time.

They go into debt my friend...plain and simple. That or their fam/parents buy it for them. I see that down here a lot these days

You pretty much nailed it on the head sir. If they only took the silly shit that's not value added out and then replaced it with employee incentives, I bet a huge part of what ails companies would be gone. Still blows my mind when I watch old movies from the 70's with the stay-at-home Mom watching the kids and the Dad coming home after an 8 hour day to a nice big house with a fully stocked fridge and little woes. Now we have to have both parents working, daycare as an added expense, and struggling to pay bills unless you both happen to be making 50k+ in this day and age.

I can't wait for this generation of instant gratification, entitlement driven kids sees the truth of the world. It's going to be a real wakeup call for them, that's for sure.

They will never wake up...I have no faith in my generation of Americans.

It's nearly impossible to buy a home without acquiring some form of debt.
Part of the reason some can afford the things they do is because they live life cheaply.
For example, I drive an old POS car that is paid off, my cell phone is 7 years old and is on a pre-paid plan that costs $20/month. My cable is the basic 10 channel job, I haven't bought a new video game in years.
All of my clothes are either gifts or inheritance.

At the end of the day:
I have transportation, a phone that works, television to watch, food to eat, clothes to wear and a roof over my head.

People can choose to spend as much or as little as they want on things like that.

The bills you pay are often relative to the money you make.
If you're making 100k/year but have 98k in expenses, you're only banking a measly 2k.
If you're making 30k/year but only have 15k in expenses, you're banking a whopping 15k.
Of those two scenarios, who has more money?
Which would you rather be?

When did 'ology become a time machine?

All of the threads they're bumping are complete fucking garbage. There was more useful info in our previous thread which was "way off track" and needed to be closed than all of these '04 threads combined. Don't say anything though, you'll get banned.

So it sounds like IH2012 just got straight ripped off. Never even rec'd his order. Anyone notice how PSL popped up and they had Mike and all those folks promoting them, and now ALL those people are gone?
