Trust me, you fit in just fine here. As a former Jeep owner, I can attest that they are fun to work on.Ah I know, we all have our fields of knowledge, it would be nice if I could use mine to show off every once in a while hahah.
I'm on the wrong forum for anything I'd be knowledgeable about.
Hit me up over on an exercise forum or Jeep site and I could do some damage![]()
That's so crazy... It JUST MIGHT WORK!You haven't figured out how to do both yet?
Laptop, a 6 pack, a pizza and a cat-door into the bathroom.
What else do you need?
Cappys.farts sound like wind whooshing through a cave...
This is because of Docypoo and Rumpster of course.
It used to be tight like a whistle but even Cappy can't stay tight when playing with PVC pipes![]()
Got a question.about lifting belts...aside from heavy compound lifts, why use them for anything else?
I bring this up because of Gram of Tren's pics...he even says he doesn't lift heavy yet he's wearing a belt during db presses and even in cable flys...
I PMd him this question as well but thought I'd ask here....
Doc and I have a lever belt, so we can wear them without them actually being "on".
I wear mine throughout my gym session (unless it will damage equipment) and only engage it when I feel I need the extra support. If GoT is anything like me, I'd rather be wearing it than leaving it hanging around the gym.
Presses can actually make pretty good use of a belt.
You put it on, push your abs out like you normally do and it helps keep pressure.
I bench with it too, yea, what now?
You stuck your d*ck in a whistle?
"This one time, at band camp...."

So is.there any benefit to bodybuilders like Gram of Tren using one?
It can help you lift slightly higher weights for some lifts, it gives support for the abdomen to push into, it can help strengthen abdominal muscles and spinal erectors to some degree. You'll see most powerlifters wearing them for the heavy sets and warmups of big lifts. The won't be wearing it, engaged while doing bicep curls or something. I save it for the big lifts and towards the end of my warmups
