Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

A man can dream...

Ah I know, we all have our fields of knowledge, it would be nice if I could use mine to show off every once in a while hahah. :spin:

I'm on the wrong forum for anything I'd be knowledgeable about.
Hit me up over on an exercise forum or Jeep site and I could do some damage :D
Trust me, you fit in just fine here. As a former Jeep owner, I can attest that they are fun to work on. ;) Maybe when I grow up and get a job, I'll be able to get my Land Rover Defender and we can have something to talk about. :D

You haven't figured out how to do both yet?
Laptop, a 6 pack, a pizza and a cat-door into the bathroom.
What else do you need?
That's so crazy... It JUST MIGHT WORK! :wiggle:

But then again, I'd have to explain to my daughter why she has to use the potty and I get to poop in my chair. :worried:

My girl isn't going to the gym with me tonight.
Finally I can train with something that resembles intensity.

I wonder if anyone in the office knows all these pops, sqeaks and whooshes have been me unloading VX gas on them...

Just witnessed squatting in the smith machine...hurt my back just watching...
I'm not really making fun of the guys as they are new to the.gym scene...

Got a question.about lifting belts...aside from heavy compound lifts, why use them for anything else?
I bring this up because of Gram of Tren's pics...he even says he doesn't lift heavy yet he's wearing a belt during db presses and even in cable flys...
I PMd him this question as well but thought I'd ask here....

Doc and I have a lever belt, so we can wear them without them actually being "on".
I wear mine throughout my gym session (unless it will damage equipment) and only engage it when I feel I need the extra support. If GoT is anything like me, I'd rather be wearing it than leaving it hanging around the gym.

Presses can actually make pretty good use of a belt.
You put it on, push your abs out like you normally do and it helps keep pressure.
I bench with it too, yea, what now?

Wearing a belt during bench press... and you make fun of cable crossovers and smith machine shrugs. SHAME ON YOU! :p

You stuck your d*ck in a whistle?

"This one time, at band camp...."

:p

No the band camp story is a different story, that one is for PM's or email only.

Frank described the noise of a Cappy fart and likened it to wind whooshing through a cave bc Rumpy and Doc destroyed his ass and broke it in right. Before those two came along though, once upon a dark and troubled time, Cappy's asshole had some sense of virginity and innocence to it. It was also tighter than anyone could imagine and at that point Doc would liken his farts to blowing into a whistle, tight

So is.there any benefit to bodybuilders like Gram of Tren using one?

It can help you lift slightly higher weights for some lifts, it gives support for the abdomen to push into, it can help strengthen abdominal muscles and spinal erectors to some degree. You'll see most powerlifters wearing them for the heavy sets and warmups of big lifts. The won't be wearing it, engaged while doing bicep curls or something. I save it for the big lifts and towards the end of my warmups
