Right now I racka dishaprin in the diet world, largely because my goals don't involve me getting really lean. :wiggle:

k guys update on the handcuffs! I was suppose to see the girl tomorrow but we hooked up yesterday... drank a shit ton and then I fucked her like I just got outta prison and she was the first girl Ive seen in years!!!.... I did not use the handcuffs cause I left them at someone else's house but I thought of a new plan. I am just going to hold on to each cuff with one of my hands and use my hand to hold them together to replace the links!

he's gonna have his hands full with me, at least for the next couple of months. this should be the first year i don't watch all my hard work during the year go to shit as things at work get stupid until the new year. at this point it looks like i'll actually be able to work out at least a couple times a week until january when i can get back to my normal routine. in the meantime, 3j will be helping me maintain (and hopefully more). then we'll really see what's possible!

Oh, just an update on that.
I finally have a working MRI order!
When they were working on shifting the location around I had asked them to schedule a day other than the one they had selected. I will be traveling on business that week and obviously couldn't be there.

She calls me up saying "I was able to get the MRI location switched and good news, they had the same date available so I booked it!"

It's getting pretty comical really.
It shouldn't be this hard to just get an MRI, especially when I already have doctors orders and insurance approval.

Something in this process is making it more difficult than it needs to be.

Get this, those special people over at the hospital left me a message saying "Yea uh, do you have a copy of the MRI order, we uh don't."

C'mon guys, really? You need me to give you a copy of paperwork that originated from YOUR OFFICE!?

I've always wanted to learn how to stack dimes on aluminum or stainless.

Ah I know, we all have our fields of knowledge, it would be nice if I could use mine to show off every once in a while hahah. :spin:

I'm on the wrong forum for anything I'd be knowledgeable about.
