yea, you can run gay intermittent fasting and eat everything in one meal... that's easily 2500 calories you can consume for dinner

Still recovering from being out of town with the family. I did GREAT with the turkey and small servings of potatoes and stuffing!
















...But had more than my fair share of pumpkin pie and home made apple crisp pie. SOOOOOOOOO good, but damn - the sugar high was CRAZY! :spin:

I haven't, but I think the name is kind of "on the nose" a bit. I think the test was good, but the FDA--and its all-knowingness has decided that people do dangerous things when they find out they may carry bad alphabits

Edit: Regarding 23andMe.
