Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

I'm still trying to get passed that. Now that the weights are getting heavy it feels like a lot more work though. Today is the first day I've actually been sore afterwards. Still not sure how I really feel about it. I want to switch back to my old routine with focusing on actual progress on the mains... but I'm trying to just ride it out.

Sounds good! Maybe when you make change around main lifts we can start a program up. Keep tabs on each other's progress. Like the only two natty guys on this thread lol we need the support!
 
Yeah, I used to go to failure on the machines, which obviously is not a good thing if you're alone with a bar, but I've outgrown the machines. I did a few real ones the other day. I wish you guys had been there to see it, I'm sure it looked ridiculous. I need to start doing some light sets just to get the muscle memory back.

I can't really say I'm natty lol. I'm down though. I'll be doing a modified version of my old routine focusing on main BB lifts in most likely 5/3/1 progression.

Yeah start light and work your way up slow. You could always ask some hot babe to spot you :)

Take your time.getting.back into bench. Last thing you wanna do is drop 500lbs on your head, which has happened in our gym hahaha lol
It's on YouTube. Can't remember how much weight it rly was though.
 
I have tree roots growing in my sewer line. Water just backed up into the down stairs shower. I might not make it to the gym after all :(

PH/DS. Halo Ex, 1-andro, 4-ad, SDMZ. I've been natty for a couple months now. Was still on SDMZ when I signed up here as my intentions were to go to the next level. Being here has somewhat deterred me from that plan though. I'll be clear with time on + time off on the 15th so I can start something new any time after that (yeah I calendar that shit). I know I can make a lot more progress naturally though, especially if I continue focusing on getting stronger. Gains are just so damn slow naturally in comparison. Plus you don't have the look that anabolics bring.

This.is true...PH are too sketchy for me. I'd rather run an oral only before jackin with PH. Just not a fan of them. Heard more bad stories about PH than AAS lol
And yes gains naturally.come a lot slower...just the Var only.showed me that...I got a lot of.comments on my physique during the cycle

That's because most people don't realize PH are actually steroids. They don't treat it with the same respect, just because they bought it at GNC and it's legal... so of course they don't need to do post cycle therapy (pct), or if they take P6 they'll be fine. That obviously isn't the case.
Yeah, I got a ridiculous amount of comments on my physique during my last SDMZ cycle. A couple people said they could tell I was still natty HAHAHA and one guy was asking around what kinda juice I was on cause I was rowing the 120's (which I could do naturally). I think I ranted about that douche on more than one occasion.
 
I think the old one was at 297 when I was ruthlessly killed. It never even made it to 300. Life is so unfair

At least our seated rows go up to 350lbs. :D
