I'm still trying to get passed that. Now that the weights are getting heavy it feels like a lot more work though. Today is the first day I've actually been sore afterwards. Still not sure how I really feel about it. I want to switch back to my old routine with focusing on actual progress on the mains... but I'm trying to just ride it out.
Sounds good! Maybe when you make change around main lifts we can start a program up. Keep tabs on each other's progress. Like the only two natty guys on this thread lol we need the support!
