Hey everyone, I decided to start my log/journal here to help keep track of everything I'm doing in terms of training, diet, and gear and also to hear feedback/criticism plus the added accountability. Anyway here goes:

Stats
28yo
5ft10in tall
Starting weight ~189lbs
BF % not sure but mid to high teens I'm guessing
Training off and on since teenager for football and sports
Doing a progressive overload program for main compound lifts with some accessory work thrown in

BMR ~1900 calories
TDEE ~2800 calories
Bulking with a 15-20% surplus so goal calories for the day is ~3200cals

My diet is wide and varied. I don't follow typical bodybuilding diets with 6-&meals a day, etc etc. I eat mainly whole and minimally processed foods but find ways to fit what I want to eat in my macros and eat when I can. I hit a minimum of 200g protein and 90g fat per day and the rest of my calories come from carbs, extra fat, and extra protein. So my macros are not the same day in day out, They vary but I stick to the minimum in essential nutrients, i.e. protein and fats, and fill in the rest as I please. My staples in my diet are whey protein, beef and chicken, olive oil, whole milk, eggs, oats, rice, potatoes, and avocados. I also try to have a huge salad every day with all sorts of types and colors of veggies to help attain my micronutrient needs. The only supplements I'm on are a multi-vitamin (animal pak), whey protein (Costco brand), and pre-workout (animal rage). Thinking about adding fish oil as my omega 3's could be higher.

This is my first cycle and attempt at gear and hopefully results will speak for themselves. The cycle basically looks like this:

Wks 1-16 Test Enanthate ~625mg/wk (pinned on Tuesdays and Saturdays)
Wks 1-18 liquid Anastrozole ~0.25mg/ED taken with test on pin days or in the morning on non-pin days

PCT will be the following:
Wks 18-21 clomid 50/50/50/50
Wks 18-21 nolva 40/40/20/20


My training is composed of squats (ass to ground), deadlifts, military press, bench press, power cleans, dips, push ups, pull/chin ups, bb curls, cg bench press, hyper extensions, ab work, and footwork drills with vertical jumps, box jumps etc
 
Update*
Body weight is up to 199-205 depending on the day and my fluid intake.

I've finished my 3rd week while ON and will start my 4th week and pin tomorrow (Saturday). So far everything has been great, pinning has gone smoothly, little to no PIP, strength going up, weight up, and am feeling great.

I ran into early onset of high estrogen issues with very oily skin in my face and bumped the liquidex to 0.3mg/ED and this seems to have solved the problem. Will be getting bloodwork done in a few weeks to find out for sure. Also hurt my foot in the city and doctor thought I may have a possible fracture but x-rays show nothing so I took one training day off to recover. Besides that I feel like a beast in the gym and am definitely getting more stares and ppl wanting to talk. I just turn my headphones on louder and keep to myself usually.

My little update for the day 4/26/2013

Will be starting 4th week of my cycle today. ~1.3cc of 250mg/ml test e and .3mg anastrozole. Weight is fluctuating up and down so my old bulking calories have now become my maintenance. Will up calories by another ~300 or so. Everything else is going great, hasn't kicked in in full yet but definitely noticed the oily skin (took care of it by going ED with Adex) and increased libido. It's like I can't keep that sucker down no matter how hard I try or how many times I do it lol.

Today's a training day and looks like this:
Squats
Military press
Deadlifts
Weighted dips
BB curls
CG bench press
Ab work
Hyper extensions
Some vertical box jumps and footwork drills
And around 10-15min cardio

Thanks for the support Vino. I made this log for just that reason. I've gotten a lot of help from many members on here and the least I can do is log everything so they know their advice and help along the way is not going to waste!!
 
So today concludes my 4th of the cycle. Pinning went smooth as butter, no PIP no blood in aspiration also did my shot of Adex right after.

My macros for the day look something like this (eat a lot of homemade middle eastern food and since I go by sight not measurements I have rough estimates not concrete numbers):

Calories - ~3500
Fat - ~120g
Carbs - ~ 365g
Protein - ~ 260g

Mostly whole and unprocessed foods and supplemented with whey, multi, pre-workout.

Was a training day today so my workout looked like this (minus warmups):
Squats 3sets of 5
Bench press 3sets of 5
Power cleans 5sets of 3
Pull-ups 3 sets
Sit-ups incline and weighted 3 sets
Hyperextensions weighted 3 sets
12 min low intensity cardio followed by static and dynamic stretching

Haven't slept well last few days, averaging about 4-5 hours and I felt it during my workout. My energy levels tanked after power cleans but managed to get through the entire workout. I'm excited for the test to really start kicking in as I'll be starting my 5th of pinning this saturday. All in all a pretty solid day today.
 
Another training day down, another update.

I've been getting really shitty sleep the past week or so and it's starting to affect my lifts a little bit. I've always had bad sleep problems (trouble falling asleep and when I finally do wake up several times a night) but its gotten worse these last few days. Anyway had a long physical day at work today and was thinking of easing the intensity or volume but decided to go heavy regardless. Training went as follows

3x5 squats
3x5 military press
1x5 deadlift
3 sets push-ups with feet on those big ass rubber balls to make it more difficult
Skipped ab work as my tank ran out due to lack of sleep

Calories and macros for the day look like:
~3700 calories
~125g fat
~370g carbs
~270g protein

Diet consisted of whey, whole milk, chobani Greek yogurt, peanut butter, whole wheat toast, burgers, subway chicken sub, granola, fruit (pear, peach, nectarines), and a big salad loaded with all types of veggies. Supplemented with whey, animal pak multi, fish oil, probiotics, and creatine.
 
Update time:

Started week 6 of cycle on Saturday. Everything's going smoothly so far. The increase in strength has started to kick in, I've noticed my appetite is up and down but I've had to bump up my cals bc my weight gain stagnated. I'm up to 3700-3900cals/day now. My BW is at ~207lbs up from ~202lbs where I was stuck at. Went back to EOD with liquidex and haven't noticed a difference yet really in water weight and bloat or other symptoms so I'll stick with it until I get bloods done in a few weeks. My libido is through the roof and becoming a problem for me as my small town is running out of legal aged girls, I'd hate to think what would happen on tren or another compound haha.

My workout Saturday was:
Squats 3x5
Military press 3x5
Deadlifts 1x5
Weighted dips
BB curls
CG bench press
Weighted leg raises for abs
Weighted High platform jumps
Rope ladder foot drills
12min cardio

One of my buds experienced the same weight plateau mid cycle... strength continued going up but he stayed the same weight for a couple weeks until he decided to start bumping up the carbs a couple hundred cals a day. He also apparently managed to land a 3 some with a couple chicks at a wedding party... So when you run out, keep it interesting bro!

Tearin' it up I see! Bolded as this is so true, I have a difficult time on campus while on tren with the sheer amounts of ass wearing the skimpiest of skimpy outfits. Very nice progress man, keep it up! :D

LMFAO!! My last 3some wasn't that long ago. My ex liked chicks just as much as guys and as long as she picked out the girls and I didn't have their contact info she didn't care at all. But my town has 3 fucking traffic lights to give you an idea of how small it is. I bears, coyotes, foxes, and wild turkeys almost as often as I see my neighbors here! You're bud just upped his carbs a bit or calories in general? Since mass is secondary concern to me I'm not too worried about the weight but I am concerned with strength and I know strength goes up with weight typically so I've had to keep eating haha.

Thanks for taking the time to comment Metal! I may be gaining a little too fast but since this is my first cycle I'd rather gain more and cut at the end than short change the 4 months I'll be on cycle, my point of view at least. Feel free to critique anything that pops up at you brother, I like your posts and you know your stuff so I'd trust your opinions.

Half, man why do we always talk about this stuff it seems like lol?! I can only imagine what it's like by you in that warm weather on campus. It gets really cold by me in the winter so those little college coeds bundle up but it's always fun stripping them back down lmao. I want to wait and see the final results of my cycle (especially a few months after post cycle therapy (pct) ends) to see how I manage to keep my gains and what I feel like before deciding to do another cycle but with how I feel on test alone I don't know if I should ever try tren or test suspension. I'd probably fuck till my dick literally fell off, shit I may have to hire a personal assistant to just play with me all day as her sole job in life :wink2:
