Ive noticed some on the edges of my armpits and on top of my traps and thats from gaining 20lbs in 10 weeks. im gonna make a major increase in cals the last few weeks to hopefully get 5-10 more and try to maintain as much after cycle
LMFAO!! My last 3some wasn't that long ago. My ex liked chicks just as much as guys and as long as she picked out the girls and I didn't have their contact info she didn't care at all. But my town has 3 fucking traffic lights to give you an idea of how small it is. I bears, coyotes, foxes, and wild turkeys almost as often as I see my neighbors here! You're bud just upped his carbs a bit or calories in general? Since mass is secondary concern to me I'm not too worried about the weight but I am concerned with strength and I know strength goes up with weight typically so I've had to keep eating haha.

And since you're not too worried about gaining a little extra, I'd say go for every pound of solid mass you can gain and work it off later! Try bumping your carbs up 500cals for a few days and see how it affects your weight.

Only thing that helps me kill time here is work, school, gym, friends, girls, and reading up on the things I'm passionate about. I'm more of a "your body will adapt to anything thrown at it" guy especially since I learned about the ileal tract and the body slowing or speeding up digestion based on food intake volume but I get your point. My protein intake is between 1.2-1.7g/lb BW depending on the day fats I try to hit a minimum of 85-90g and carbs usually makeup the rest. I started this cycle at a little higher bf % than I would have liked but considering how much weight I've gained, I'm surprised I don't look "fatter" than I do haha. So long as I can look at myself in the mirror without cringing ill keep trying to gain. Since I bumped up to 3700-3900 cals its come from carbs and fAts. My protein intake has basically stayed the same. Thanks for the looks brother appreciate all the advice and help

Na brother no stretch marks, not yet at least. I can also say this is the heaviest I've ever been. I broke 200lbs once but got injured right after so I never held onto it. I also think I look leaner now at 207 than I did last year this time around 190-195 (attribute it to increased lbm). Thanks for the encouragement and support. I read about so many ppl in here complaining about weight gain or their cycles didn't give them expected results so I decided I won't waste my time, money, and health unless I do this right. Some of the weight is def water weight though, even with the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I have a high sodium diet and I'm drinking almost 3 gallons of water a day to stay hydrated at my job (physically demanding job with high temps).
Do you have a log on here? I should def check yours out if you do but regardless think of the potential gains you have and the sacrifices you've made so far and hit that all you can eat buffet line lmao. You have my sincere best wishes at finishing out this cycle like a fucking beast!!
Half, man why do we always talk about this stuff it seems like lol?! I can only imagine what it's like by you in that warm weather on campus. It gets really cold by me in the winter so those little college coeds bundle up but it's always fun stripping them back down lmao. I want to wait and see the final results of my cycle (especially a few months after post cycle therapy (pct) ends) to see how I manage to keep my gains and what I feel like before deciding to do another cycle but with how I feel on test alone I don't know if I should ever try tren or test suspension. There's this little bridge by my campus that I and a few friends like to hang out at after morning classes and shoot the shit. Starting in about late April, we can see those skirts/shorts creeping up and the cleavage starts to jump out. I swear if a stiff breeze kicked in they'd know how much I appreciate their choice in clothing.

It doesn't matter if you're test only or test and deca now, I suggest to start a log that way it helps your accountability and provides a modicum of motivation at the least. I got pre-cycle bloods if you noticed and will def get another post cycle and plan on getting one mid-cycle around wk 9-10. I went through privatelabs and their ranges only go up to 1500?! Hahaha all I ever got back was HIGH for my level. Apparently they have to dilute the serum to get the real number which I'm guessing becomes a factor of the diluted number.... I have a Lab friend I need to ask!!

Well I definitely need some opinions and advice on a problem I've ran into so anyone feel free to chime in. I'll start with changes and symptoms and then give my thoughts but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong:
This Saturday 5/11/2013 I took my first clen and t3 dose before heading to the gym (also took 1g taurine before and after WO to help with low back pumps). Had probably the most intense workout of my life to be honest. Pumps were ridiculous, sweating like crazy, lifts seemed smooth and almost effortless, etc. all in all a very tough but great workout. After the gym I had 2scoops (44g) whey and a granola bar. After that I didn't have the chance to eat or drink anything for at least 8hrs. When I finally got home I made sure to take in my remaining macros so the day ended with me meeting them but I did go a significant length of time without food or water and like I said, it was a really intense workout and I lost a lot of water through sweating. I did drink around 2.5L of water DURING the workout though.
Fast forward to Sunday and today: my whole body is extremely sore to the point I've never felt this type of soreness. My joints ache slightly, my muscles feel weak and almost like they hurt, I'm cramping A LOT (have gotten cramps in places I've never cramped before and very very often), I feel somewhat sluggish, and I'm feeling thirsty all day last two days.
I think it's either the clen/t3, dehydration, or I touched upon overreaching/overtraining. Now for the overreaching/training, this workout program is not new to me and the weights I used I've done years ago in the past. I have been getting real shitty sleep last 2wks or so averaging 4-5hrs most nights so that might have helped add to it but again I've done these workouts and weights before. As to the dehydration I thought so bc I sweat like during the workout and my shirt was thoroughly soaked front and back. This could be due to the addition of clen but I always sweat since I think 70deg is hot weather lol (cold weather guy). I did drink around 2.5L of water during the workout and have been averaging 2.5-3gallons water daily. My urinations are coming out yellow but I take a split multi vitamin so that's probably why. The last thing I can think of is the clen/t3 combo which would make sense for the sweating, hot flashes, and whatnot but would that cause cramping, extreme muscle soreness, and achy joints? Anyone with any thoughts?

Thanks man! Yea I've gained almost 20lbs this far, strength is going up steadily, and i look almost the same bf% as I did at the beginning of the cycle (obviously fat has gone up but not as much as I had expected).
One more thing, I just made an appointment to donate blood at the Red Cross for 5/16 is there anything I should tell them beforehand or just go in like normal?
