I think you would find that a very ineffective method. The gels are designed to deliver Testosterone over a 24 hour period which is why they are prescribed daily. Using them 3-4 days a week will either not produce any increase in your T level at all or put you on a roller coaster.

My peak T reading on Testim (2 tubes) was 1227 two hours after application. After 48 hours without any gel it would probably drop back to 300-400. That would not be a very fun ride.
