28 year old male, 6' 185lbs, bodyfat likely in the high teens, fat stored around waist. Very thin all my life, started taking the gym seriously around 3 years ago and have put on roughly 15lbs since starting. Train 4-5x a week, on a modified 5/3/1 program. Bench/squat/dead are 215/365/425lb.

Went to the Doc as over the last few years my libido has been dropping steadily to the point where I no longer get morning wood, cannot maintain during sex and just overall have lost the drive that was once there. He immediately wanted blood work, seemed quite keen and said if it comes back low it's as simple as TRT. Results came back as follows for 2 tests, cancelled the third based on first two results (wtf). To note, this is a military doctor, so my ability to go elsewhere or push for more is not great and I have to tread lightly.

Testosterone total : 1st 18.9 nmol/L (544ng/dl), 2nd 13.7 nmol/L (394ng/dl)
bio avail: 1st 8.4 noml/L (242ng/dl), 2nd 6.3 nmol/L (181ng/dl)
free: 1st 357 pmol/L (97 pg/ml), 2nd 270 pmol/L (73 pg/ml)

Solution he offered was erectile medication, a band-aid which doesn't address my low libido. Should be numbers cause me concern? If both came back as high as the first, I wouldn't be too concerned. Input? Thanks!

Call us.

We are out of the office today but will be back tomorrow.

Would love to deal with you guys, unfortunately I'm not in your country. That combined with being military means I'd get hung out to dry going outside my medical chain.

Hopefully someone that has been in your position with the military will have some suggestions.. It might help for us to know which country are you the military of. Do you mean you are in the US military, but posted outside America? There's lots of previous and present US military on the board.

In the end your health is very important. Perhaps you will need to leave the military to get yourself healthy, although I really hope not. Only you know how bad your health is. Only you knows if it is worth leaving the Military. I'm not saying you should leave the military. I'm just giving you an option, I hope you don't have to use. Welcome to the board

I know an IMT client who just got shipped direct to their base last week.

Call Todd he should be able to help you, they also give military guys (and women of course) a 5% discount.
