I went to my doctor with the Maximus Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) physical and he didn't want to fill it out. I just left my GP because I asked him to check my thyroid and he grabbed near my adams apple and said it seems fine even though he prescribed me Androgel 7 months ago and 2 pumps a day. My levels where at 207 and when they hit 350 he thought I was doing great. So I went to a new Doc who has dealt with it and did some bloodwork which I won't get until the middle of this week coming up. I'm having a hard time being patient . He also didn't want to fill my physical form and I don't wanna have another person fucking me up. I could do that myself. Anyone else have a similar experience?

It won't be a problem. I went to an urgent care since my doctor wanted 3 weeks to fill out the form even though I had a physical less than a month before.

this is what i did but i said it was for work
I had a complete physical with bloodwork done less than a year before so I just sent that info in to Chip and it was fine. The bloodwork only had total T and none of the others so I still needed the full blood workup. I think you could go to any doctor and get a routine physical and be good.

haha um no!after the doc gets the blood work, the physical, and actually gets to sit down and look at them, then chip or someone at his office will call you,
it is patient times my friend, where we have to have more patience than before due to the growth that maximus is experiencing at the moment.

I think he meant report your doctor for refusing to fill out the paper??
and yes, thats pretty lame. My Doc seemed a little hesitant about it too, but she did it none the less.
I could be wrong, but isn't it more or less their RESPONSIBILITY to do stuff like that? It's not like the paper is legally binding them to any type of treatment... there's no area on it recommending any type of medicine, prescription, or course of action.

No. It is not a doctor's "responsibility" to conduct a physical and fill out paperwork for another doctor. Many doctors won't mind but it is far removed from what a reasonable person should demand.
As a note to the OP, any doctor can compete the form. It doesn't have to be your GP.

I beg to differ. I don't see how having your doctor give you a physical, then annotate the restults on a piece of paper, is anything even remotely close to being "far removed" from what a reasonable person would request.
I find it kind of odd any body thinks that it is...

Just take the paper to a doc in the box or other urgent care type facility.
