Thanks for your opinion. Decline bench works your delts and tri's as well and is also an effective exercise. Just because you prefer one exercise over another does not mean that the other is not effective.
Here is a video of Dorian Yates giving some instruction to a few guys. He gives a great explaination of decline. I also recommend the entire series if you want to learn from one of the masters.
just a note... there was a guy named Yates from England, u probably heard of him haha... he did decline religiously in his chest routine, seemed to have decent results for him
