Does anyone do decline?

i like the idea of hitting the lower chest and allot of other muscles. Weighted body weight movements are going to stimulate more overall muscle growth.



Thanks for your opinion. Decline bench works your delts and tri's as well and is also an effective exercise. Just because you prefer one exercise over another does not mean that the other is not effective.
 
I haven't done those in years...

I use to like the Haney twists that VB mentions.
 
Here is a video of Dorian Yates giving some instruction to a few guys. He gives a great explaination of decline. I also recommend the entire series if you want to learn from one of the masters.

I do decline probably once every 2 weeks. I'm more of an incline press, and flat bench dumb bell press guy.
 
just a note... there was a guy named Yates from England, u probably heard of him haha... he did decline religiously in his chest routine, seemed to have decent results for him :)
