Does anyone know what SEDALMERCK is?

I went to Mexico yesterday to get some nutritional supplements. One of the things on on my list was Cytomel. I asked for some Cytomel or Cynomel depending upon what brand that pharmacia carried. The guy directed me to an over the counter drug, Sedalmerck. Does anyone know what that is? The Merck homepage doesn't have it listed. It's ingredients are paracetamol, caffiene, and pseudoefedrine. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a typical OTC thermogenic "fat burner."

Composition: Each tablet contains: Paracetamol 500 mg; Caffein 50 mg; Hydrochlorate of Seudoefedrina 5 mg.
Therapeutic Action: Analgesic. Antipyretic.

So, it's no where close to being Cytomel, right? I should probably save it for my next cold? That's what it's looking like.

Not even close, its a pain reliever.
