I work 12-16 hours from home and some years I travel about 330 days out of that year. When I travel I stay at an extended stay hotel with kitchen and pack my own tupperware. I also prep all of my main food ( meats and carbs) on Sunday and pack in gallon bags.
When I am onsite I typically bring one full meal in tupperware, a bag of nuts and one serving of protein powder. I normally sneak off and eat the food right outside or even in the bathroom sometimes. I snarf it down in 5-10 minutes.
