Does Clen make you shake?

Trying out my first cycle of clen/t3/keto
They're all liquid form, took my first dose of clen 100mcg this morning and a good 30 minutes later my hands are shaking like crazy.

Diet is pretty damn good, BF ~16%, 6"0 205.

It can make you shake yes. 100mcg isn't that much for someone your size, I'm surprised you're experiencing that tbh but everyone reacts differently.

When I go over 200mcg I get super shakey, injections are very tricky.

it's gotten a bit worse since then actually, my heart rate jumped quite a bit and I'm almost lightheaded when I move around too much.
Is this a bad sign? I'm concerned if I have to do this every day for a few weeks, or will I get used to it?

You will develop a tolerance for it as your receptors downregulate

Maybe go with 75mcg tomorrow though.

Oh - and split doses for higher amounts ( > 120mcg daily or so - take 2x 60mcg early am / mid afternoon)

That shake is actually commen for someone not used to it. Some people are more sensitive than others!

Shakes will be less pronounced after awhile, your body will get used to the dose. I find the sweats even get less after week 1

When you go over 200?! I'm 205lbs and I start getting shakes at 75mcg. Not to mention I don't pass 150mcg. Is your stuff underdosed because that's a lot of Clen.

Might be worth taking it literally just before you fall asleep, that way you'll avoid most of the shakes as they mostly subside over 8+ hours. That said, it has the potential to give you some pretty sweaty/restless nights sleep, so try it and weigh-up your choices!

I cant sleep for shit on clen when I take it in the am much less before bed bro! Especially after a couple days.
