Does gyno pain ever go Away???

I developed a small case of gyno under my left nip during post cycle therapy (pct) of my last cycle.

I immediately hopped on Letro and have been using letro @ 2.5mg's per day for the last 4 month's. I've also been using dostinex @ .5mgs twice a week for the past 6 weeks, and still, i'm having prolactin issues.

The gyno is still there, and still very sore when touched. For example, even if i put a shirt on or wear a seatbelt, that can aggitate it.

I tried B6 for the pain, @ 1,000mg's ed with 3 doses of 300mg's ish. Used that for 6 weeks, and didn't notice anything.

So whats the deal? Should i stop using Letro and Dostinex and just get surgery?

I've been using this shit for 4 mth's and it's still painful, when should I just say fuck it, and stop trying? And just go with surgery.

Last question, So lets say i discontinue the letro and dostinex. I know the gyno won't go away, but will the pain / tenderness associated with the gyno eventually go away?........... or am gonna have to get surgery to make that go away also?

If you've been taking letro at 2.5mg/day for four months all while being off cycle and still have a problem, I'd say it's about time to skip the steroid boards and go straight to a doctor.

You need bloodwork for sure, including:

Prolactin (abstain from sex for at least 24 hours prior to this test)
Estradiol, Sensitive (LabCorp and others will usually try and run the standard estradiol test which isn't good enough)

It would also be good to get:

Total Testosterone
Free Testosterone
DHT

Make sure your physician knows that your gyno "hurts like hell" as this may help to get it covered by insurance if other measures won't work.

Did you use Nolvadex for post cycle therapy (pct) and if so, how long ago did you discontinue it?

I used the Nolva for approx 4 weeks. Roughly the entire month of May, Switched to Letro only in June.

Ok, first off, this sounds like a serious case, no doubt about it. I would seriously consider going to a doctor and saying you took some andro and now you've been having these issues. If you do go to a doctor PLEASE come back here and keep us posted on what happens, what tests are done, what solutions, etc., etc. The more info we get, the better off we all are.

Barring that, all we can do is guess and take shots in the dark and if we see improvement, continue in that direction.

I will say you have more patience than I do. If I am not getting results, I up the dosage. I've gone up to 10mg/day of letro before, and finally saw results at that dosage. I was able to taper down, but not for a couple of weeks. I would try upping the dosages of both the letro and the dostinex, but only if you are comfortable with doing that. Like I said, that's what I would do.

I would also get some flexible band-aids and put them over my nipples. Part of the problem now is that anytime your nipples get rubbed, it stimulates them more, and that's bad. Think of it like when a chick stops nursing, she puts stuff in her bra to help reduce the stimulation.

I also think part of the problem is that you have no androgens in your system. If you have something like proviron, now would be a good time to use it. It's not always about total amount of estrogen/progestin, but the ratio of androgen/girlystuff. And if you have no androgen in you, the girlystuff wins. Fuck the girlystuff.

Only when the nips are squeezed. I've been using Dostinex for about a mth though.

No results
If dostinex is unable to control your prolactin levels, then there is a possibility of a more serious issue here.

Parkerjones i know this is an old thread but im curiuos.
What happened with your gyno?

Im asking because i have gyno in one side now and have had it for over 1 year and its
STILL painful and sometimes itchy.
It sucks since i have not touched roidz for allmost 1½ years now.
I have tried B6, Letrozole, Bromo and Nolvadex 2-3 times in the last 1½ years with no more
effect than a little less pain while using it.

My natural test seems ok, im strong and have my morning wood :)
So at this time proviron will not help me, right?
