Does it REALLY make a difference when i take my HCG and arimidex??

Holy shit you guys were right. I ran some bloods yesterday and my estradiol was 6.9 (7.3-42.6) starting today I am halfing my dose of 1.25 by opening up the capsule and eyeballing it. How long before my E bounces back you think?

Two to three weeks. Skip one or two AI doses and it will come back sooner.

Man I could never get dialed in using HCG. I seriously tried, my E2 would bounce all over the place. I've been on 225 TRT EW for five years. Off HCG for the last two. My use of an AI does not come recommended, but for ME I use it only as needed( bloat itchy nips) Labs are done every four months. Feel great, great skin, no acne, labs are normal, BUT NO NUTZ lol

We're you getting acne before when you used HCG?

I'm getting acne only protocol and I'm trying to see what I can do to eliminate it.

But at the same time, I don't know that I could discontinue HCG because I've done that before and my nuts started to shrink and it was PAINFUL! It was so painful to shoot a load because my nuts would feel like they were getting pulled up into my stomach!! Don't know how you do it, man.

Ok, just for educational purposes...do you mean your nuts kept shrinking until they got to grape size, or god forbid... raisin size???

I am on the fence whether to start HCG or not. I feel great without it. However, I worry about the nut size thing...

You can try something like 100-150 i.u. daily for a week or two and guage results....
no one wants to really take more stuff than needed while on TRT and I really believe the best protocol is one where you feel the best without messing with a.i.'s etc.
no one wants to lose their balls man. Thats why they take HCG.

My boys shrunk to about half their size after 6 months on TRT. I am now taking 250iu of hCG twice a week, the day before my test shot. I take my AI the same day as my hCG shot.

I inject twice a week, and take my anastrozole anywhere in the 12-24 hours after my injection. Occasionally if I wait longer that 24 hours, I notice I get a little crabby.

As far as hcg, I've been on test for 17 months, and have never taken hcg. I've noticed minimal testicle shrinkage, and no testicular pain. I'd rather not take hcg if I don't need it. Getting dialed in with test and anastrozole was a bitch. If I added hcg, I'm sure I'd have to get dialed in all over again. I'm a real bitch when my estradiol is high. Just miserable to live with.

Besides, I'm just not happy not knowing the long term effects of hcg on a male. Test has been around long enough that I'm content with its long term effects. And after being hesitant to take anastrozole, I'm not too worried about taking .25 mg twice a week.

The reason why many docs are unwilling to prescribe it is because there are so few (or maybe even none) studies about the long term affects.
