IIRC, every carb molecule surrounds itself with 4 molecules of water - this causes tremendous bloat.
If I drop carbs as close to 100% as I can, I will drop a pound of day, a lot of that being water. Definition starts to come in, I wont seem to sweat as much, BP starts to subside... Processed foods do have a lot of salt though, its an old school preservative and it adds "flavor" to otherwise flavorless crap.
