Doing Keto since June 1 feeling like crap now?

I have been doing Keto since June 1 and cut my carbs under 50g per day which really figuring I am staying under 25g per day. On sat i try to jump up to 100g and start back up on Keto at noon on Sunday. I dont go crazy when I carb up normally I eat grits and some breads and maybe a gatoraid or small pepsi.

I have went from 309 to 274 and my goal is 250. I have not lost any strength or power. But I am now feeling really drained for the past couple weeks. When I first started Keto felt great and didnt even want to carb up but I did.

Is normal when you stay on it this long. Should I get off for a couple weeks maybe try to carb up to 100g each day. My attitude is really crappy now and was great the first couple weeks. I also feel drained. If i will pass I will stay keto until i hit my goal then I plan to go not back the old way but lacks up some on the carb and allow bread for sandwich.
 
100g of carbs for a 274 person doesn't seem like much of a carb up. Might want to add a bit more to your carb up days and see if that helps.
 
Be carefully bro, I did the same over a couple of years, went from 356 to 163 and I ended up with sagging skin. Make sure you use some scar or anti stretch mark gel to keep you skin healthy. As far the keto is concerned, you can buy keto stix for urinalysis and when you have a large amoun of ketones in your urine, you can cheat a little, to carb up a little, but most importantly, to keep you sanity.
