Dont want excess fat!!!

So iv been on dbol and test Cyp( 500mg a week) for about a week now, and im finally starting to see some changes in my body. I feel and look alot thicker then before, unfortunity but naturally my love handles got bigger which im not to concerned about becasue once i kick start anavar the fats going the just drop like butter. One thing I am concerned about tho is puting on to much extra fat while being on the Dbol. My appitite has increased and I am eating alot more then im use to, I feel super bloated, the farting is still on going hahaha. Im eating all clean food and good carbs and alot of Protein, should I be worried about eating way to much for the next 3 week? fat has always been a big issue for me, i use to be 270 so im just scared of putting it all back on. I havnt eating like this in 6 years, I gotta admitt tho, it feel amazing to eat like a champ every day and at every sitting hahah. If someone were to ask me how much cals im eating a day now, id prob say 3000-3500 a day, and this is all comming from QUALITY FOODS, no junk food, drive threws, no eat great even late BS.. All good home made chicken and yams and veggies, fruits and salads. So what do you guys think? am i Safe or what?


Also can anyone recommend a good diet while being on Anavar? should i stick to cutting back my calls to like 2000 a day?

Weight: Before Cycle 193 Currenty around 208
Bf: Before cycle 17% give or take

Diet With macros- Im gunna have to get back to you on this one so i can give you a detailed discription of what im eating. Actually. If you are willing, can i send you a spread sheet which has all my cals/fats/protein, etc.... Long story why I have this in a spread sheet. But if its cool with you that would be simple way of showing you what i eat on a day to day basis.

Id say my current cal intake for a day is upward of 3000 a day.


I read your reply a few days ago and ment to get back but just been super busy and havnt had time to post.
