Dosage Adjustment in First Cycle

Ok, got my hormones (saliva test) and bloods checked:

test 500mg/week E3.5D

Estrogen before cycle: 2,2 pg/ml
Progesterone before cycle: 61,0 pg/ml pg/ml

Estrogen in cycle: 4,4 pg/ml @ 12,5mg Aromasin ED
Progesterone in cycle: 86,0 pg/ml

Zero Side affects, only a few pimples on my arms and shoulders and maybe abit water retention...


So I increased aromasin to 25mg now, to get in the normal range again:
Normal Estrogen range:0,4 - 2,5 pg/ml
Normal Progesteron range:< 60 pg/ml

Is that Okay ?

Here's the problem, you're using a saliva test which is difficult to judge results from, and you're checking total estrogens - what you need is estradiol. I personally prefer (if you're in the US, and not one of the handful of retarded states that disallow it) a private blood test as it will give you far more information, and is often MUCH cheaper.
