dropping weight..

figured i would post this here..i am in a bench comp in a week and 2 days..i want to drop 6 lbs and not lose any strength..i was thinking of hammering the protein, cut some carbs and stay on the dbol one more week while on..should do the job..right?

Dbol will make you hold water. Water=weight.

And cutting carbs can hurt your big movements, so don't drop em too much.
 
six lbs is nothing. if you have a 24 hour weigh dont drink anything the day before and then rehydrate after weigh in. start tren at 100mg/d and you will loose the weight no prob as well and you strenght will go up. if dbol is all you are taking then you gonna loose strength immediately when you stop administration.
 
i am on sus and dbol..i run proviron and ldex if i need to, and i dont hold alot of water...a lack of carbs dont kill me on my lifts..i am strong off..i just want to drop the weight to blow the 198-219 weight class out....i will do fine in the 220 class, but i wanted to get to my normal weight for it..

dbol and sus stack is not a good stack to make weight on. lolololol. yeah cuttin carbs will help. as will a diuretic.
 
i know it is not a good stack to make weight, i needed to get the strength up there..i weigh in on the upcoming saturday..i'll let you guys know.

Yeah don't drink anything the day before and cut your carbs way down. Then right after you weigh in, start pounding gatorade and Dannon yogurt like there's no tomorrow. You'll gain all your weight back by the time you lift.

Chuck Vogelpohl competes as a 220, but weighs more like 240 when he's actually lifting. 6 lbs is nothing.

one of my pards trains at 235 or so and competes in the 220s. he has a meet this weekend and will loose the weight this week. he will be 230 or better when he is lifting. tren is the better hormone to take if you wanna stay in the 220s. strength gains are just as prominant if not more with tren than test.
 
i am cycling a bulk program now anyhow, my bench was good on monday and it is wednesday and i have lodt 3 lbs already and still on the dbol at 60mg and 740 sus..no strength loss...seems to be going ok..

ok...hit the show at 219, got me in the 220 calss..i tied for first i guess with the other bro at 430 on the bench, i should have done 450 and i am kicking myself, everyone else there said the same thing or 475 since i had no problem with the 430..sooo..i dropped 7 pounds, kept my strength, now back to the regular training and wating until the comp in June...

good. may wanna rethink your juice for your next cycle, when you come off the current cycle (if you do). you gonna have a big drop in strenght and size with what you are doing. If you wanna stay in the 220s for a while lean more towards the anabolics as they give a slower more permant gain. less sides and safer as well. try to avoid orals as much as possible. Winstrol (winny), tren, masteron, gh, eq, deca just to name a few. test is always a good additive but i avoid making it the main hormone in a cycle. good luck bro.

thanks bro..my standard cycle is sus or omna and dbol..a;ways run it for bulking..i stay at a solid lean 206 when off..i am only 6 weeks into this, and i train heavy all the time, and never lose my strength, maybe a few reps, but the weight stays the same..every cycle i finish about 15 pounds stronger when off..i have all the ancilleries i need to come off and be on and i dont lose much at all..i just wanted to hit the 220 class this time since it was my first comp...next comop i am going to hit the 242 class..475 took tahe, and i was probably there on the bench as it was..

i prefer to keep test as a staple in my cycles..
