E2 levels.............................

Where should E2 be when on TRT ?
is 25 pg/ml too low For E2 ?
anything lower than that is too low I take it ?
When doing labs for a E2 level, how many days from Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose should the blood work be done at to get an accurate level ?

I think you think too much!!

On my labs the range is 7-42ng/dl. With 200mg/wk test cyp, .25mg Arimidex E3.5D puts me around 34. To be honest I had a mix up with shipping and my E2 levels have hit as high as 103 and I didn't really feel any different.

People that are spitting hairs 10 points either way. I think its all in your head.

Lots of guys say they like being in the 20-40 range. You need to figure out what works best for you though. Everyone is different.

I maintain 20 to 25 on a sensitive scale of < 29. I do this without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and feel great.

it's different for everyone. Especially if you're talking about an estradiol vs estradiol sensitive panel.

How bout regular estradiol levels ?

Estradiol is the same regardless of the assay. It is just that the sensitive assay is more accurate than the regular assay at lower levels.

Get them taken at the same time. Generally (but not always) you see that the Regular Assay comes in 10-20 points higher than the Sensitive Assay.

definitely last time I had labs one day apart
estradiol sensitive 19 (3-70)
estradiol 45H(7-42.6)
test levels on both were almost identical so you can see there's a huge variance.
Sometimes it's a 5-10 point difference, sometimes it's 30 points!

This E2 is important to manage in a TRT protocol. Any doc that doesn't monitor E2 during TRT is doing harm.
Then they jump on TRT being to blame when BP issues, gyno, arise....
