early am training

what would be the best thing to eat if im working out at 6:00am and dont have that much time to really have a full meal, and when i get to work about 8:oo i have my pwo shake and eat a whole food meal like 9:00, Am i doing this the best way i can, im am doing a lean bulk diet, the rest of my diet in ok, just seem to have problems in the morning? please help
 
you could just take oatmeal and some proteinpowder and throw it in the blender. then drink. done in a minute.
 
Ive thrown cheerios, crispy rice, instant mash potatoes, oatmeal, you name it into a blender. Its amazing how easy it is to drink a ton clean carbs.
