Eating after 7 p.m?

It seems like 3 of my meals are taken in from 6p.m. -11p.m. My last meal is a shake. Carton of egg whites, ice cream, milk, flax oil, 2 teaspoons of olive oil and some vanilla extract. My carbs are cut down pretty hard at 6 oclock meal and 9 oclock meal. My question is, is it bad to consume thar much food that late in the day. It's the only times Im hungy so I wanna make sure I get in the meals. Im wondering if Im gonna just get fat this way?
 
I make it a policy to not eat after 7pm, that way I will wake up hungry and I can start my day with a big breakfast. I drink unsweetened tea in the evening, the rest of the day I am an eating machine.

You dont have a shake before bed? It seems like Ive been putting on the wait but Im definitely not going to trim down the waist eating so much so late in the day. I try to work it off but it's tough.
 
If I didn't have my last meal at 11pm before I go to bed (nightime shake), I would wake up in the middle of the night, cramping for food.

Some peoples bodies are different. I just can't go that long without food. Plus, I feel like I'm missing out on potential growth time during the night, after I have molested my body at the gym, it needs nutrients to recover when I'm sleeping.....

I always feel like my body will go into a catabolistic state. I'm a little insane. :insane2:
 
If your hungry EAT - its that simple....if your not hungry don't force the food down. Listen to your body its telling you something!!!
 
Lots of times, I don't get a chance to eat(with work and everything) till 7 or 8pm so I eat a big meal then. I know alot of lifters that don't eat after 6 or 7pm, but for me and the schedual I have, I have to eat late or not at all and skipping a meal is just not an option for me. :) I'd say u'll be alright, just keep the carbs low. Hell, I've eated at 10pm sometimes(usually just chicken breast, beef, or tuna) but I figured I'd be supplying my bod w/protein during the pm, so I shouldn't loose muscle. If ya work your ass off in the gym, u shouldn't have much to worry about. Listen to what your bod tells ya. If I didn't eat something in the late evenings, I'd be waking up in the middle of the night from hunger. It's happened before. I just think, it takes alot of fuel to fire a big furnace (and i'm a big furnace) :P
 
If i don't eat before i go to bed I feel extreme nausia or any other time I don't get food in me. Keeps me up and from sleeping.

I know they aren't the worlds healthiest but I eat a simple healthy choice tv dinner before i go to bed about 10-11pm. I have my shakes about 6:00pm after my workout. I train about 4:00 - 5:30pm and eat dinner before I go to the gym.

One of the best tools to have. The ability to listen to what your body says it needs. Some people just dont listen.
